Like most people, I was a first time homebuyer and really iffy about realtors. I feel like you don’t know who you can trust. I worked with different realtors during my house hunting process and was disappointed. However, Jack and Tracey were superb realtors. They were truly dedicated in working and helping me find a home. They really do go out of there way. I remember texting and emailing them a couple of times at 11:00PM (of course you would think it is too late to be emailing and texting); however, I received a response that same day if not early next morning. They are really quick in replying back and answering any pressing questions I had about the buying process. Most importantly, they were flexible and worked around my busy schedule. I really liked their demeanor and professionalism, and how they do not force you to purchase a home you are not ready to buy. In addition, they have a wealth of knowledge about real estate. Jack has gone above and beyond what would be the usual real estate experience for us in finding a home. Since we are out of state our search has mainly been on the internet. When we have found homes of great interest he has viewed them himself personally for us, taken pictures, emailed them, taken relatives to look and all with a great sense of humor and professionalism.
